I am having an issue with thread milling; I am using a single point cutter and when I set it up and cut it, mastecam does not completely mill the circle; it does like half of it and then it will only do a couple of threads no matter the depth and top of part setting. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change.

Yes, we are grandfathered in on one seat of Mastercam Mill Level 3. We'll get the 5 axis stuff on that sim. We are adding another seat, but we won't be needing to use it much. We are a mold shop though, so we do a lot of simultaneous 3 axis work. I'm just trying to find a good balance between cost and convienience.
