I have a Grizzly G1006 column mill and I am looking to install a DRO. Table is 32" long by 8 1/2" wide. Z axis travel is 5". Has anyone here installed a DRO on this size mill? I am looking to find out the scale lengths for the X and Y. I know they have scales such as glass and magnetic. Can either scale type be cut to length? Link to the manual.
